Find answers to common questions about Cargo Commander
Log in to your shipper account, tap "New Shipment" on the dashboard,
fill in the pickup and delivery details, and submit. Available
drivers will receive your request.
Go to your shipment list and select the active shipment. You'll see
real-time status updates and driver location when the shipment is in
transit.
Download the app, select "Driver" during registration, and complete
the onboarding process with your vehicle and license information.
Our team will review your application.
Open the shipment details and tap "Cancel Shipment." Cancellations
are free before a driver accepts. Once accepted, cancellation fees
may apply.
